Product Description
The Black Diamond thermostatic gas griddle is a countertop unit designed for precise, repeatable heat control. Its 35-3/4"W x 22"D footprint pairs with a 1" thick smooth steel plate, and three thermostatic burner controls adjustable from 200° to 450° let you set dedicated zones for varied menu items. Delivering 90,000 BTU, it holds target temperatures as orders flow.
Stainless steel front and sides with splash guards help contain splatter, while the stainless steel drip tray and grease trough simplify grease management and cleanup. Adjustable legs aid leveling on uneven surfaces for a stable cooking plane. Field convertible to LPG with L.P. orifices and a 3/4" rear NPT connection support flexible installation, and cETLus and ETL-Sanitation listings meet safety and sanitation needs.
