Product Description
This Black Diamond thermostatic gas griddle is a countertop unit measuring 59-3/4 inches wide by 22 inches deep, anchored by a 1-inch thick smooth steel plate. Five thermostatic burner controls adjustable from 200° to 450° let operators set and maintain targeted temperatures across separate sections. Stainless steel front and sides with integrated splash guards add durable construction and perimeter protection on a busy line.
A stainless steel drip tray and a dedicated grease trough collect runoff during service to help maintain a clear work surface. The unit is field convertible to LPG using the included L.P. orifices and connects via a 3/4-inch rear NPT. With 150,000 BTU and listings for cETLus and ETL-Sanitation, it is configured for professional kitchen installation.
