Adjustable legs let you level the unit quickly so pans sit flat and heat transfers evenly.
Delivering 50,000 BTU across the burners, this unit supplies the power needed for searing, sautéing, and other fast-cook tasks during service. A 3/4-inch rear NPT connection eases installation, and included tips support field conversion to LPG when a different fuel is required.
