The Black Diamond hotplate is a 24-inch wide countertop unit built to streamline your line. Four manual cast iron burner controls pair with a 100,000 BTU rating, and the stainless steel front and sides present a clean, cohesive look. A stainless steel drip tray captures runoff to speed cleanup and keep stations organized.
Setup supports efficient workflow with a 3/4” rear NPT connection and adjustable legs for accurate leveling. For fuel flexibility, it includes tips for field conversion to LPG, allowing adaptation to site requirements.
