Product Description
The Black Diamond hotplate is a countertop unit measuring 36" wide and equipped with six manual cast iron burner controls for individual burner operation. It includes two stainless steel drip trays, and the front and sides are stainless steel as well for a uniform exterior that matches the trays. Adjustable legs are provided for placement on counters and leveling during setup, helping you match the height of nearby surfaces.
This model delivers 150,000 BTU and features a 3/4” rear NPT connection for gas service on the rear of the unit. It includes tips for field conversion to LPG for liquid propane use when conversion in the field is preferred. Listings include cETLus and ETL-Sanitation for compliance with recognized electrical and sanitation marks used in commercial foodservice.
