Product Description
The Black Diamond stock pot burner delivers focused power and practical cleanup for line and prep stations, supporting efficient workflows for chefs and operators. A single 3-ring burner outputs 76,000 BTU, and dual control valves allow adjustments that match changing production needs. A removable 1-7/8 inch thick cast iron grate and a crumb tray make cleanup straightforward, and the construction is stainless steel.
Two standing pilot lights keep the burner ready to light throughout the day. A 3/4 inch rear NPT connection integrates with existing gas lines, and tips for field conversion to LPG are included to support different on-site utilities in commercial kitchens. Six inch adjustable legs aid leveling and positioning, and the unit is cETLus and ETL-Sanitation certified.
