Product Description
The Black Diamond Refrigerated Display Case is a floor standing merchandiser built for clear presentation and dependable holding. Its bottom mount, self-contained refrigeration maintains 35.6° to 46.4°F, guided by a digital temperature control and display with automatic defrost for simplified maintenance. A glass hinged door, straight double tempered side glass, and LED lighting present products to chefs, operators, buyers, and facility managers.
Configure displays with three adjustable glass shelves inside a 25-1/2"W, 12 cu. ft. cabinet on a stainless steel base in black. Four casters, including two with brakes, streamline placement during resets while keeping the unit steady. Using R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant with a 1/16 HP compressor drawing 480 watts at 115v/60/1-ph and 3.3 amps, model BDDRF-350 from Adcraft is cETLus and ETL-Sanitation listed for professional environments.
