Product Description
The Black Diamond charbroiler delivers steady radiant heat in a space-saving countertop footprint. Measuring 36"W x 26"D and rated at 90,000 BTU, it provides the output and grilling area chefs rely on for consistent searing and finishing across the menu. Three manual stainless steel burner controls enable section-by-section adjustment, while cast iron grates are reversible and height adjustable to match recipe needs during busy periods.
The stainless steel front and sides with splash guards pair with a stainless steel drip tray for straightforward cleanup throughout service. Adjustable legs promote level setup across varied counters, and tips for field conversion to LPG support onsite adaptability as needed. A 3/4" rear NPT connection is provided, and cETLus and ETL-Sanitation listings are included.
