Product Description
This countertop Black Diamond gas griddle measures 48 inches wide by 22-3/4 inches deep and features a 3/4 inch thick, smooth steel plate for expansive cooking. It uses four manual burner controls to deliver 120,000 BTU across the cooking surface during service. The countertop format suits line setups for chefs and operators, helping maintain organized stations without sacrificing cooking area in kitchens.
Construction includes stainless steel front and sides, splash guards, a stainless steel drip tray, and a grease trough for grease collection and cleanup between turns. The unit provides a 3/4 inch rear NPT connection for gas service and includes tips for field conversion to LPG. Adjustable legs allow leveling on worktops, and it is cETLus and ETL-Sanitation listed.
