Product Description
Built for busy commercial kitchens, the Black Diamond Range concentrates power and control in a 24" footprint. Four 12" x 12" top burners deliver 30,000 BTU each, and removable cast iron top grates simplify cleaning between tasks. Individual pilot lights and controls enable separate operation of each burner, with a total output of 120,000 BTU. This natural gas configuration uses a 3/4" NPT connection.
A standard oven base offers a 200°F to 550°F temperature range and two adjustable racks. It also includes a backriser with shelf and a removable crumb tray. Stainless steel construction and 6" adjustable legs are standard, with cETLus and ETL-Sanitation listings. The adjustable legs allow leveling on varied floors, and the backriser includes a shelf for above-range storage.
