Product Description
The Black Diamond Range with Griddle supports line cooking in a 36-inch footprint. Two 12 inch by 12 inch, 30,000 BTU top burners sit beside a 24 inch wide by 21 inch deep cook top griddle with a 3/4 inch thick plate, enabling simultaneous pan work and griddle production. Removable cast iron top grates and individual pilot lights and controls help crews switch tasks while maintaining independent burner control.
A standard oven base offers a 150°F to 550°F temperature range and includes two adjustable racks for flexible batch work. A backriser with shelf and a removable crumb tray keep tools close and cleanup simple, while stainless steel construction and 6 inch adjustable legs support stable placement and easy leveling. With a 3/4 inch NPT gas connection, 60,000 BTU performance, and cETLus and ETL-Sanitation certifications, this natural gas range supports straightforward installation and compliance.
