Product Description
The Black Diamond natural gas range pairs a spacious 60" platform with (10) 12" x 12" top burners rated at 30,000 BTU each for multi-station cooking. Individual pilot lights and controls enable precise management at every station during peak periods, and removable cast iron top grates simplify cleaning between rushes. A backriser with shelf keeps tools and pans within reach to streamline setup and plating.
Two standard ovens offer a 200°F to 550°F temperature range with (2) adjustable racks per oven for flexible production. Daily cleanup is straightforward with a removable crumb tray, stainless steel construction, and 6" adjustable legs for leveling. A 3/4" NPT connection and a total input of 360,000 BTU complete the package, along with cETLus and ETL-Sanitation listings.
