The 60 inch natural gas Black Diamond Range with Griddle streamlines line production with powerful, multi zone cooking. Six 12 inch by 12 inch top burners rated at 30,000 BTU each pair with a 24 inch by 21 inch griddle using a 3/4 inch thick plate for consistent heat. Two standard ovens and a 180,000 BTU rating keep saute, sear, and bake workflows moving from one efficient platform.
For precision and uptime, every burner has individual pilot lights and controls, and removable cast iron top grates simplify cleaning between turns. The ovens cover 150°F to 550°F with two adjustable racks per oven, while a stainless steel body, backriser with shelf, and removable crumb tray support organized service. 6 inch adjustable legs, a 3/4 inch NPT connection, and cETLus and ETL-Sanitation listings round out model BDGR-6024G/NG by Adcraft.
