The Black Diamond Planetary Mixer, 20 qt., is built for efficient production with a 3-speed, gear driven transmission that keeps mixing consistent. A manual 60-minute timer supports batch control, while the stainless steel wire bowl guard promotes safe operation. The stainless steel mixing bowl with clamps holds contents securely, and the unit features a #12 attachment hub and includes a wire whisk, dough hook, and flat beater attachments.
Driven by a 1-1/2 HP motor, this mixer operates at 120v/60/1-ph with 1.1 kW and 9.0 amps, and connects via a cord with a NEMA 5-15P plug. It includes a stainless steel mixing bowl, wire whisk, dough hook, and flat beater attachments, plus rubber feet that help stabilize the unit during operation. Certified cETLus and ETL-Sanitation.
