This electric, countertop cheesemelter delivers consistent, controllable heat with a 4.35kW metal sheath heating element and infinite controls for precise results. An insulated body helps maintain temperature, while four rack positions and a removable food grid let you set the distance to the heat source for exact placement. At 31-1/2 inches long, it offers a broad heating area in a countertop format.
Stainless steel construction and a removable stainless steel crumb tray simplify maintenance during use. The 6 inch cool-to-touch bakelite handles aid handling, and non-slip rubber feet keep the unit stable during operation. It includes a 4 foot power cord and operates at 240v, 18 amps with a NEMA 6-20P plug; CE.
