Product Description
The Fresh Shot Steamer is a countertop unit designed for efficient service with a 1/2 size pan and push-button operation, helping teams move from prep to plating without breaking pace. Its top opening lid gives fast access during rush periods and helps maintain a clean, organized workflow, minimizing lid handling and reach-in time. A self-contained water reservoir eliminates external plumbing, making setup straightforward in tight spaces and simplifying daily refills.
Built for daily performance, it features a black powder coated top, a cast aluminum well, and a stainless steel exterior. A 30 minute preheat readies the unit for consistent output during busy service, while the 120v/60/1-ph, 1800 watts, and 15 amps specification deliver reliable power. Placement is simple with a 4' cord and NEMA 5-15P, allowing flexible positioning where needed.
