Product Description
The Black Diamond Refrigerated Pizza Prep Table optimizes make-line workflow with a two-section design and 17 cu.ft. of cold storage in a 71"W x 31-1/2"D x 43"H footprint. Side mount self-contained refrigeration, a digital temperature controller with LED display, and auto defrost maintain a precise 33° to 41°F holding range for ingredients. Operators can monitor and adjust settings quickly to keep product at target temperatures through rush periods.
It includes (2) adjustable plastic coated steel shelves, an insulated hinged lid, and a 19" deep x 3/4" thick polyethylene cutting board to organize and prep ingredients. (2) self-closing doors with recessed handles, a painted aluminum interior, and a 430 stainless steel exterior support dependable daily use. (4) 4" casters (2 locking and 2 non-locking), R290 refrigerant, a 1/5 HP compressor, 115v/60/1-ph, 5.5 amps, and a NEMA 5-15P plug round out a configuration listed cETLus and ETL-Sanitation.
