W x 31-1/2 in. D x 43 in. H unit delivers 24 cu. ft. of cold storage with side mount self-contained refrigeration, a digital temperature controller with LED display, and auto defrost for consistent 33° to 41°F performance. An insulated hinged lid and a 19 in. deep x 3/4 in. thick polyethylene cutting board create a dedicated workstation that protects product quality between rushes.
Durably constructed with a painted aluminum interior and 430 stainless steel exterior, it features adjustable plastic-coated steel shelves and self-closing doors with recessed handles to support fast, organized workflows.
