Product Description
The Black Diamond refrigerated salad/sandwich prep table maintains 33° to 41°F, managed by a digital temperature controller with LED display and auto defrost. Its rear mount self-contained refrigeration uses R290 with a 1/5 HP system. Measuring 27-1/2"W x 29-1/2"D x 42-1/4"H with 6 cu.ft. capacity, it includes clear plastic food pans.
A 10-1/2" deep x 3/4" thick polyethylene cutting board and insulated hinged lid create a ready prep station. One self-closing door with a recessed handle accesses a painted aluminum interior with one adjustable plastic coated wire shelf, and the exterior is 430 stainless steel. Four 4" casters, two locking, provide mobility and stable placement; power is 115v/60/1-ph, 4.4 amps with a NEMA 5-15P, and listings include cETLus and ETL-Sanitation.
