The Black Diamond refrigerated mega top salad/sandwich prep table streamlines make-line efficiency with a 2-section, 12 cu.ft. design sized 47"W x 34"D x 46"H. A rear mount, self-contained system powered by R290 refrigerant and a 1/4 HP compressor maintains 33° to 41°F, governed by a digital temperature control with LED display for quick checks at a glance. Auto defrost keeps performance consistent during peak service without routine intervention.
An insulated hinged lid protects ingredients between orders, while the 8" deep x 3/4" thick polyethylene cutting board creates a sturdy, sanitary prep surface. Self-closing doors with recessed handles and adjustable, plastic-coated wire shelves organize backups, and the painted aluminum interior with a 430 stainless steel exterior stands up to daily wear.
