Product Description
Keep frozen inventory close at hand with the Black Diamond undercounter freezer built for tight prep spaces. This 1-section unit measures 27"W x 29-1/2"D x 35-1/4"H and provides 5.5 cu.ft. of capacity, with rear mount self-contained refrigeration that maintains a -8° to 0°F range. A digital temperature controller with LED display lets you set and monitor conditions precisely, while auto defrost manages defrost cycles automatically.
Designed for efficient workflow, it features a stainless steel worktop, an adjustable plastic coated wire shelf, and a self-closing door with a recessed handle. The interior is painted aluminum and the exterior is 430 stainless steel, with four 4" casters (two locking) for mobility and stability. Using R290 refrigerant and a 1/5 HP system, it runs on 115v/60/1-ph at 2.04 amps with a NEMA 5-15P, and is cETLus and ETL-Sanitation listed.
