Product Description
Showcase hot menu items with this countertop, electric heated display case built for organized holding and presentation. Measuring 26"L x 18-3/8"W x 25-1/4"H, it is designed for countertop use and features double wall stainless steel construction. An interior light illuminates contents to enhance product visibility during service.
Front and rear sliding doors enable access from either side for quick service, while an adjustable thermostat with internal humidifier helps maintain temperature and moisture for quality holding. Three adjustable shelves accommodate different product heights and merchandising needs, maximizing display flexibility. Powered by 120v/60/1-ph at 1500 watts and 12.5 amps with a NEMA 5-15P for plug-in convenience, it connects to standard single-phase service and carries ETL-Sanitation and CE certifications.
