An adjustable thermostat from 85°F to 175°F and a rapid 20 minute cooking time help maintain consistent quality during peak periods.
An 8 qt. water pan with a front valve drain simplifies refills and cleanup, while Bakelite knobs, a lighted power switch, and non-skid feet make operation reliable on busy counters. Durable stainless steel lids and body with tempered glass front and back elevate presentation and visibility; the unit measures 18 in. W x 14-1/4 in. D x 16 in.
