Product Description
The Adcraft hot dog grill features five rollers and dual temperature controls that create separate cooking and holding zones for efficient hot dog service. Manual controls let users set each zone independently, while a maximum temperature of 482°F supports both cooking and lower-temperature holding; all adjustments are made with manual controls. With capacity for up to 12 hot dogs, the unit enables simultaneous cooking and holding on a single unit during service.
The grill has stainless steel construction and measures 9.84 inches long by 22.60 inches wide by 5.47 inches high. It connects to a 120 volt, 60 hertz, single phase power supply, drawing 650 watts and 5.4 amps, and uses a NEMA 5-15P plug. It is ETLus listed and NSF certified.
