Product Description
This drop-in induction cooker features a single, electric design with a ceramic glass surface, a remote control box, and digital controls for controlled operation. The interface includes an adjustable 180-minute timer and adjustable temperature to 464°F for setting cook times and heat levels. Time can be set up to 180 minutes, and heat can be adjusted up to 464°F as needed during service or production.
It operates on 120 volts, 60 hertz, single phase power with a 500 to 1800 watt output range and connects via a NEMA 5-15P plug for power. The drop-in configuration integrates into counters and stations for placement within existing surfaces. Digital controls and the remote control box provide access to adjustments during operation by staff at the station.
