Product Description
This mobile heated plate cabinet keeps your dinnerware service-ready and helps streamline plating during peak periods. An enclosed stainless steel cabinet with an interior fan motor and an adjustable thermostat from 85° to 185° F lets you set and hold the right heat level for your operation. Two adjustable dish dispensing tubes hold 8 to 12 inch diameter plates, helping you organize stacks and access them quickly at the line.
Built for daily use, it rolls smoothly on 4-inch swivel casters for convenient mobility and features a Bakelite handle for cabinet access. The enclosed stainless steel construction withstands busy environments and includes two plate covers to protect contents between turns. Power is streamlined with 120v/60/1-ph, 1260W, 10.5 amp, a NEMA 5-15P plug, and a 6' cord.
