Its aluminum construction withstands busy service, while field reversible clear doors let you choose the swing for your layout and check contents at a glance. The non-insulated design supports efficient staging for proofing and heated holding without excess bulk.
With capacity for 36 full size sheet pans and 1-1/2” of clearance between slides, you can load, rotate, and organize batches with uniform spacing; pans not included. Operating on 120v/60/1-ph and listed to cETLus, the PW36 fits common single-phase service and supports placement across your facility. Its mobile format enables quick repositioning between prep and service to keep daily workflow and presentation on schedule.
