Drive slicing efficiency with the SL Series Meat Slicer, a standard duty, manual gravity feed unit built for dependable performance. Its 10" diameter knife with an Italian carbon steel blade teams with a belt driven system and a built-in sharpener to help maintain clean, consistent cuts. With a cut capacity of 7" x 6" and a maximum cut thickness of 5/8", this slicer supports precise portioning that streamlines prep and improves presentation.
Constructed of high quality aluminum with non slip rubber feet, it stays planted on busy counters while operators work through orders. A 1/3 HP drive drawing 250 watts at 0.80 amps on 120v/60/1-ph power connects via a NEMA 5-15P. The removable carriage simplifies cleaning and product changeovers, and the unit is ETL and cETLus listed.
