Product Description
Engineered for busy service lines, this steam table measures 33" wide with a dual-well layout and 8" deep open wells to keep hot items ready to plate. An 8" x 1/2" polycarbonate cutting board provides a sturdy prep and plating surface at the front of the unit. An adjustable stainless steel undershelf helps stage pans, utensils, and backups so chefs and operators can move efficiently through peak periods.
Performance is driven by two individually controlled 750 watt heating elements with infinite control switches, allowing each well to be managed independently. The unit is stainless steel with galvanized steel wells and legs. Electrical requirements are 120v/60/1-ph, total 1500 watt and 20.0 amp, with a NEMA 6-20P connection; certifications include cETLus and ETL-Sanitation to help meet facility and inspection standards.
