The Black Diamond Refrigerated Chef Base streamlines the line with 36-1/4 in. W x 32 in. D x 25-3/4 in. H dimensions and 5.9 cu.ft. capacity. Its stainless steel top with v-edge and heavy duty stainless steel front and sides provide a sturdy work platform rated for 730 lb, while side mounted self-contained refrigeration with a slide-out compressor simplifies service. Maintain precise holding between 33°F and 41°F to keep ingredients within reach and ready for peak service.
Two removable stainless steel drawers on slides and rollers each accommodate one full size pan and three 1/6 pans (pans not included), supported by a stainless steel floor and cabinet liner built for daily use. Move and lock the unit where you need it on four 4 in. locking casters, then power up with 115v/60/1, 4 amps, and a 7 ft cord with a NEMA 5-15P; a 1/6 HP system runs on R290 refrigerant. This refrigerated chef base is cETLus and ETL-Sanitation listed for use in professional kitchens.
