Product Description
The Black Diamond refrigerated chef base, model USCB-60 by Adcraft, brings cold storage to the cookline in a 60"W x 32"D x 25-3/4"H footprint. A heavy duty stainless steel top with V-edge supports a 771 lb. load, while two removable stainless steel drawers on slides and rollers organize ingredients. With 12.7 cu.ft. of space, each drawer accommodates 6 full size food pans (not included) to speed prep and service.
The side mounted, self-contained refrigeration features a slide out compressor and maintains 33°F-41°F with R290 refrigerant. A stainless steel floor and cabinet liner stand up to daily use, and four 4" locking casters make moves and cleaning straightforward. Plug into a standard connection with the 7' cord and NEMA 5-15P; the 115v/60/1-ph system draws 5.04 amps with a 1/6 HP compressor, and is listed cETLus and ETL-Sanitation.
