Built for busy kitchens, the Black Diamond refrigerated chef base enhances workflow by keeping chilled storage directly under your equipment. Measuring 72-1/2"W x 32"D x 25-3/4"H with a 15 cu.ft. capacity, it features a stainless steel top with a V-edge for a sturdy, professional work surface. Heavy duty stainless steel front and sides, plus a stainless steel floor and cabinet liner, deliver durability and a 1100 lb weight capacity for supporting countertop appliances.
Side mounted, self-contained refrigeration uses R290 and a slide out compressor for easier service while holding 33°F–41°F. Four removable stainless steel drawers each accommodate two full size food pans (not included), putting ingredients exactly where they are needed. Mobility and placement are simplified with four 4" locking casters, while 115v/60/1-ph, 6.5 amps, 1/5 HP, a 7' cord, a NEMA 5-15P, and cETLus and ETL-Sanitation approvals support efficient, compliant operation.
