Product Description
The Black Diamond USDC-48 refrigerated deli case delivers presentation and workflow benefits for chefs, operators, buyers, and facility managers. At 48 inches wide with 15.5 cubic feet of capacity, it features curved front glass, rounded corners, and LED lighting to enhance product visibility. Six adjustable epoxy coated steel shelves and two rear service doors support efficient organization and access, while the 304 stainless steel interior floor, stainless steel top, and black coated sides, back, and front complete the construction.
A bottom mounted, self-contained refrigeration system with a high humidity gravity coil uses R290 refrigerant and a 1/4 HP compressor. The case runs on 115v/60/1 phase, drawing 320 watts and 3.12 amps, and includes a cord with a NEMA 5-15P plug. Model USDC-48 from Adcraft is certified cETLus and ETL-Sanitation.
