The Black Diamond refrigerated deli case (USDC-64) by Adcraft is designed for chefs, operators, buyers, and facility managers who prioritize merchandising clarity and dependable access. Its curved front glass, rounded corners, and LED lighting enhance product visibility for a clean, customer-facing presentation. A high humidity gravity coil refrigeration system paired with a bottom mounted, self-contained setup supports consistent deli display performance and uses R290 refrigerant.
At 64 inches wide, the case provides 21.9 cu. ft. of display capacity with nine adjustable epoxy coated steel shelves and three rear service doors to organize and access product. Durable construction includes a 304 stainless steel interior floor, a stainless steel top, and black coated sides, back, and front. Powered by a 3/5 HP system, it operates on 115v/60/1-ph, uses 580 watts at 7.14 amps, and includes a cord with NEMA 5-15P; certifications are cETLus and ETL-Sanitation.
