Its slide-out bottom mounted self-contained refrigeration provides straightforward service access, and the front digital temperature controller with LED display keeps settings visible at a glance. Automatic defrosting and a self-closing door with recessed handle support smooth workflows during peak hours.
A 304 stainless steel interior and 430 stainless steel exterior stand up to daily use, while the removable door gasket aids quick cleaning and a secure seal. Three removable plastic coated wire shelves offer organized storage, and four 4-inch casters make repositioning simple. This cETLus and ETL-Sanitation listed unit operates on 115v/60/1-ph, draws 2.6 amps with a 1/5 HP compressor, and includes a 7' cord with a NEMA 5-15P plug.
