Built for daily use in professional foodservice, it features a 304 stainless steel interior, 430 stainless steel exterior, self-closing doors with recessed handles, and removable door gaskets for easy cleaning. Automatic defrosting keeps the cabinet operating smoothly, while four 4" casters make repositioning straightforward.
