The Admiral Craft GRSL-1D Grista refrigerated salad/sandwich prep table combines cold holding and prep space to streamline station workflow. Measuring 27-1/2"W x 29-1/2"D x 42-1/4"H with 6 cu. ft. of capacity, it uses rear mount self-contained refrigeration to maintain 33° to 41°F. A digital temperature controller with LED display and automatic defrost simplify monitoring and upkeep during busy service.
The 10-1/2" deep x 3/4" thick polyethylene cutting board and one adjustable plastic-coated wire shelf support assembly and organized storage. An insulated hinged lid helps retain cold air when closed, while a self-closing door with recessed handle offers quick access. A 430 stainless steel exterior and painted aluminum interior deliver durability, and four 4" casters (two locking, two non-locking), R290 refrigerant, 1/5 HP, 115v/60/1-ph, 4.4 amps, and a NEMA 5-15P plug complete the spec with cETLus and ETL-Sanitation listings.
