The Admiral Craft Equipment Corp. GRSLM-2D refrigerated mega top salad/sandwich prep table is a 2-section unit measuring 47 in. W x 34 in. D x 46 in. H with 12 cu. ft. of capacity. Rear-mount, self-contained refrigeration and a digital temperature control with LED display hold product between 33° and 41°F with auto defrost. An insulated hinged lid and included clear plastic food pans are provided for ingredient storage.
An 8 in. deep x 3/4 in. thick polyethylene cutting board provides an integrated work surface, paired with self-closing doors with recessed handles. The painted aluminum interior and 430 stainless steel exterior house two adjustable, plastic-coated wire shelves. Four 4 in. casters (two locking, two non-locking), R290 refrigerant, a 1/4 HP system, and a 115v/60/1, 5.2-amp NEMA 5-15P connection complete the design, with cETLus and ETL-Sanitation listings.
