The Admiral Craft USSL-2D/60 U-STAR salad/sandwich refrigerated prep table delivers efficient cold holding and smooth workflow in a 60" wide, 2-section, 15 cu.ft. design. Its rear mounted self-contained refrigeration, insulated hinged lid, and automatic defrosting work together to keep ingredients at safe, consistent temperatures with minimal maintenance. A digital temperature controller with LED display offers precise, at-a-glance monitoring for busy lines.
The 3/4" thick removable polyethylene cutting board and included 16 1/6 pans streamline assembly, while two doors with recessed handles open to storage with plastic-coated wire shelves and a removable door gasket. Built with a 430 stainless steel exterior and 304 stainless steel interior, it rolls on 4" casters for cleaning and relocation. Powered by a 1/4 HP, 115v/60/1-ph system drawing 6.4 amps, this unit arrives with a 7' cord and NEMA 5-15P and meets cETLus and ETL-Sanitation listings.
