The Advance Tabco DTS-S70-72L-X soiled dishtable accelerates dishroom workflows with a straight, left-to-right layout and integrated pre-rinse sink. At 71 inches wide, it organizes scraping, rinsing, and racking in one continuous station. Chefs and facility managers can stage racks, pre-rinse wares, and move them efficiently toward the dishmachine.
Built from durable 16/304 stainless steel, this unit withstands heavy daily use and cleans quickly between shifts. A 10-1/2-inch backsplash and 3-inch rolled front and side rims help contain splashes and spills, keeping surrounding areas cleaner. Stainless steel legs with crossrails provide steady support during high-volume turns.
