Stage racks on the straight table, pre-rinse pots, sheet pans, and flatware in the integrated bowl, then move wares left without cross-traffic. Stainless steel legs with crossrails and adjustable bullet feet deliver stable support on uneven floors—ideal for restaurants, cafeterias, hotels, and institutional kitchens aiming for a clean, linear setup.
Splash-mounted 8" OC faucet holes accept common pre-rinse units (faucet not included), and a basket drain captures debris to speed cleanup. Smooth, rolled edges and sanitary surfaces simplify wipe-downs between rushes and help maintain consistent standards.
