Purpose-built for busy kitchens, it offers six 12" x 20" sealed wells with individual infinite controls and indicator lights to keep multiple dishes at precise holding temperatures. Speed up changeovers and cleanup with individual drain valves on each well, ideal for water-assisted holding. Accommodate full-size or fractional pan inserts up to 6" deep to organize entrees, sides, and sauces for efficient steam table service.
The stainless steel construction stands up to daily use, while an open cabinet base with a stainless steel undershelf keeps backup pans and utensils close at hand. A 3/8"-thick poly cutting board provides a convenient plating or light prep station for chefs, operators, and serving staff.
