The Alto-Shaam 1000-TH/II electric cook and hold oven is a versatile and efficient addition to any high-volume kitchen. This oven allows you to cook, roast, reheat, and hold a variety of dishes, from bulk protein items to full-size sheet pans of baked goods. Its Halo Heat technology guarantees uniform and consistent cooking, reducing shrinkage and maintaining high food moisture content.
Constructed from 20-gauge stainless steel, this oven is designed to withstand the rigors of daily use in busy commercial kitchens. It features a twin deck design with a total capacity of 120 lbs, allowing you to prepare large quantities of food at once. The oven also includes three stainless steel wire shelves and can accommodate up to eight full-size sheet pans.
