The Alto-Shaam 1000-UP is an innovative solution designed to support high-volume cooking and baking operations. This Heated Mobile Cabinet, equipped with Halo Heat® technology, is a versatile tool for chefs, foodservice operators, and owners who demand consistency and efficiency.
Each of the two compartments in this cabinet features an on/off simple control with adjustable thermostats, providing precise temperature management for roasting, grilling, frying, boiling, simmering, sautéing, braising, reheating, and more. The cabinet's insulation ensures optimal heat retention, promoting food safety and quality.
The cabinet has a capacity for eight 18" x 26" x 1" sheet pans in each compartment, making it ideal for high-volume food storage. Built with a robust, heavy-duty stainless steel exterior and interior, this cabinet is designed for durability and easy maintenance.
