The Alto-Shaam HSM-24/5S/T is a versatile commercial heated deli case designed to meet the high-volume production needs of chefs, foodservice operators, and owners. This floor model features advanced Halo Heat® technology, enabling you to cook, bake, roast, grill, fry, sear, boil, simmer, sauté, braise, and reheat a variety of dishes with ease and consistency.
With a generous 80 lb. product capacity, this heated deli case is equipped with five heated shelves, each capable of holding four chicken boats with a dome cover. The thermostatic controls ensure precise temperature management, while the LED illumination enhances visibility and presentation. The front access panel allows for easy maintenance and cleaning.
