The Alto-Shaam VMC-H3H Vector Multi-Cook Oven is a state-of-the-art electric combination rapid cook oven, perfect for high-volume cooking. This versatile oven allows chefs and foodservice operators to cook, bake, roast, grill, and sear a variety of dishes simultaneously using its three individually controlled cooking chambers. Each chamber can accommodate half-size sheet pans or full-size hotel pans, making it ideal for a wide range of menu items.
Equipped with programmable touch screen controls and Structured Air Technology®, the VMC-H3H ensures consistent and efficient cooking for optimal food quality and safety.
