Program up to 100 menu memories and chain 4-stage cooking to dial in results for soups, sauces, and pre-portioned plates. Five power levels let staff handle delicate items or hearty portions with equal control. Braille touch pads support accessible operation, and the side-hinged door with tempered glass enables quick visual checks.
Durable stainless steel interior and exterior simplify cleanup and stand up to daily use. A non-removable air filter helps protect internal components. Operating on 120v/60/1-ph with a NEMA 5-15P and 13.0 amps, this unit integrates easily into existing prep or service areas.
