The American Metalcraft I9540 pan gripper is made for grasping deep pizza pans. Constructed of nickel plated tempered steel, this 8" tool is great for positioning and gripping hot pans in the oven as well as lifting them. Its no squeeze, self-locking design engages when the pan load activates the clamping action. It is one of those small tools that is nice to have on hand and does not take up much space. For compatibility, the I9540 is for use with American Metalcraft deep 3800, 5000, 5100, 8000, and 9000 series pans. Chefs, operators, buyers, and facility managers can use this pan gripper for straightforward handling of deep pizza pans.
