Built for daily volume, it uses 4" AK-XPS4 insulation (R-29 for coolers/R-32 for freezers) and 26-gauge stucco-embossed acrylic-coated Acrylume on all interior and exterior surfaces. An NSF aluminum floor rated 600 lbs./sq. ft. supports kegs, sheeted dough racks, and bulk ingredients without flex.
A flush self-closing door with super cam-rise hinges and a door closer seals quickly, while the digital LED thermometer and pilot light switch simplify checks at a glance.
