Built for durability and efficiency, it combines 4-inch AK-XPS4 insulation (R-29 for coolers/R-32 for freezers) with 26-gauge stucco-embossed, acrylic-coated Acrylume on all interior and exterior surfaces. A flush self-closing door with super cam-rise hinges and a door closer supports smooth traffic flow during peak prep and service.
Stage bulk proteins, produce, and batch-prepped items with confidence on an NSF aluminum floor rated at 600 lbs./sq. ft.
